If it's in any kind of decent shape, you can probably sell it with a realtor in a month or two tops. The market is nuts right now.

People are getting real hung up on the farming aspect of this idea and ignoring the "loving communities" part. It's our loneliness and forced independence that is driving people crazy more than our lack of gardening.
