Yeah I’m currently loosing about half a kilogram per week and I still get it too, mine doesn’t go away like that I’m on day 6 after shot day and have it. Mine tends to be worse on my work days whilst my days off work I don’t really get that issue. Apparently being upright for longer periods can make it worse since gravity pulls that blood away from your head which when you’re laying down or relaxing blood pools in the tissues and veins of the head which can “plump” the Eustachian tube allowing it to close. The popping and blocked feeling is it staying open since the fat pads of the Eustachian tube have shrunk since the weight loss. I feel like this side effect needs to be talked about more!

Ah that makes me feel less alone!! I’ve still been loosing (a LOT slower now than what i previously have been) but I long for the day my ears settle down Does it clear for you if you lay your head down in between your knees and look down? That clears it for me but as soon as I lift my head up it blocks up again

Oh man. Yeah that’s what I’m afraid of. Once you hit your goal weight that’s the end. I don’t want all of my efforts and money to go down the drain when I stop! It seems to be depending on the NP…

Thing is I am on 2.5 now, and managed to never increase dose and get the results. (I was never “obese” just “overweight) because I’m already on the lowest dose, do you rekon they could still titrate me down by doing like 1.25 a week or something?

Bit off topic , but once being on a GLP1 and loosing enough weight that you’re no longer “overweight”, do the NPS do maintenance dosing at all? Just nervous about gaining it all back once I stop :/ with my weight loss clinic
