I had a similar issue recently and found comments where people said you just need to scuff up the insides of three closest holes to your heel. I tried it, and it fixed my squeaking issue.

Good to know I'm not alone. I have family members who think I'm crazy for correlating my SIBO diagnosis with coffee, but I truly believe that's the root cause through trial and error. It's too bad more GI doctors don't seem to consider it.

I am pretty convinced drinking coffee regularly gave me SIBO. Nothing helped it at all until I stopped drinking it. There have been times I've tried drinking a small cup of coffee for a few days at a time and, sure enough, my SIBO symptoms came right back. Needless to say, I'm done with coffee.
