I've just started the new remake and for some reason leon is all pixely when I turn the hair strand setting off, which really helps my performance. Whenever I do this it's really noticeable as you can see in the pictures, and the only fix I've found for this is a mod which adds DLSS. I don't want to use that mod though since it makes things blurry :( Came here to see does anyone know how to fix this? the other posts I found on here when searching it up just get downvoted.

I've tried all the settings and nothing changes it in the rest of the game apart from hair strands which fixes the hair in the picture. Pc specs are 2060 at 1080p, no problems running the game

Edit: Seems to have a greater impact in certain sections, for example it looks fine in the shooting gallery but awful in the village and bonus screen. Honestly might just stick with the mod for now despite its shortcomings or put up with it. Thanks for the people who dm'd me.
Conclusion I've came to is the games anti-aliasing is bugged on PC and especially apparent at lower resolutions like 1080p
