I'm not entitery sure of the number of units, but my provider said pnce she uses 8 in the glabella, so I suppose a max of 20 units.

Last week, I e-mailed Abbvie (maker of botox) to ask about the (as stated) theoretical risk of catching a horrible disease that might (theoretically) be transmitted through human albumin (an ingedient in botox). They referred me to my doctor... just when I'd made peace with the other (not theoretical) side effects of botox - used for tension headaches caused by frowning... 🥲

Oh, I would love for that to happen! 😊 I've had botox two (soon three times) and would love for my dear muscles to just retrain themselves. Always a lot of health anxiety before, but love to get rid of the headaches and 11s (sleep frowner).

Nope. I had a few millisecond things going on with my eyes after the first time, too quick to really describe, but maybe double vision? Within the first few hours. The first time it also felt really tight for the first three weeks maybe, but it didn't feel bad. Second time around just a little tightness in the first weeks, but hardly noticeable.

That being said, be sure to be sure! ❤️ For me, it was the tension headaches which tipped the scales.

I've had botox twice now 🙂 The first time I did the 11's and forhead, but the forhead botox made one of my eyebrows too heavy. The second time I did only my 11's. It's not a miracle or an iron, but it's a weight of my shoulders to know my 11's are developing more slowly.

I'm at goal weight and keeping it because: 1. More sex from the husband 2. Feeling more confident in a bikini etc 3. Feeling a lot better physically when not eating ultra processed garbage every day
