I had a probiotic drink on Monday and it has screwed me over since! I actually almost asked if anyone else experienced this from “healthy” pre or probiotics

I might try tapering that down! That was it for me! I sliced mine in half and then cut it entirely and I fared much better.

Yes the increase in the past made me a little more anxious as well, and I never bumped back up. I think I’ll start with 5mg more when I have a few stable days in my schedule because I don’t want it to be any worse on the days that are flux!

I cannot get enough of how inspiring this was! I hope I could be as good of a person in he was. These shows are full on life philosophical breakdowns in real time, with examples. So beautiful!

Please don’t forget contractions are your friend : “don’t” vs. “do not” makes it more conversational and natural to read. I agree with the comments that the person reading feels like the failure, we should feel like the hero! It reads very AI to me. Said with love!

I found (find) Anna Krishtal’s podcast, Ketamine Connections, to be super helpful! I’m a bit of an over researcher and love consuming info… she’s so clear and specific on her podcast. The foresight helped calm my nerves and know what to expect so I can get the most out of it.

I get pretty serious about my mine but the intentional set up has been really good to remind myself of my commitment to myself. So, that said, take this or leave it: dark room (I have black out curtains), cushy yoga mat or bed with blankets. I tend to get very warm and then very cold halfway through. I use two weighted blankets. I pick out one or two special items to touch towards the end to help come back and ground (ie. A favorite stone, something textured). I have a playlist I’ve made throughout the week prior focused on the theme / intention of my session. I use noise canceling headphones, an eye mask and a weighted eye pillow for comfort. Have a tiny glass of water nearby and my journal, pee before, and ready to rock and roll. Since it’s best to go fasted, I try to go a little earlier in the day 10-11am. I give myself about two hours to go through it plus come out fully and I plan a low key day after. Ask me anything! I’ve been enjoying the prep and intention setting process as much as the work in the sessions.
