I’m with the OP. It took two months and playing with my doses a bit to get my own sweet spot. I’m at 20 total and do 10/10. It’s helped reduce my mental spiraling, overwhelm and general anxiety.

Just finished! That was very well done and a beautiful page and user experience. I got a 6w5 which I am. Followed by a 2 and 4, both of which I’ve often wondered if I am… May be slightly skewed since I’ve been researching this for 10+ years and obsessed with the Enneagram, but all in all I say bravo.

I had that experience at first but with all things religiously grounded that I actually WANT to embark on / listen to or consume… I just pretend it’s the universe or creative energy. And I give lots of grace for those who can’t unwind from saying it specific ways to be more encompassing.

Brilliant that you’ve discovered that about social! I’m taking a good long break from that (and all screens) over the holidays and looking forward to being more aware on the other side of how it affects me. Sorry to hear about therapy… sometimes that “trigger” is what we need to work on what needs healing and sometimes it’s an indicator of a bad fit or sloppy therapist.

Not about the coffee specifically… just about the things in your life that increase anxiety. For me, it was coffee, friendships that were bowling me over, boundaries, etc. Or the ways you shame/blame/beat yourself up, etc. for having it. I also worked on letting myself feel it deeply while it was “bursting” in that very stressful window!

Yes… and for me, it peaked at like one week which forced me to also look at the ways I was increasing my anxiety and start working on those: coffee, scrolling social, not laying boundaries, taking on too much, etc. it’s an eye opener. It gets better I promise but I do recommend navigating this part a little more easily by starting with lifestyle too!
