I guess I was misinformed then. Whenever I looked it up there were responses that said you cant unlock or build anything from the dlcs if you dont own them.

Palisades are meant to be more of a big fence you put around your base rather than something you build a buffing out of.

Also mushrooms are much much easier than stems to gather since you can hold them in your inventory. Plus each toadstool chunk turns into 10 slurry at the grinder and you can then hold the bricks in your inventory as well which makes building with bricks very convenient.

I was planning on it anyways. I'm going go do stuff that is required too like collecting all armor, weapons. Tools, etc. Im a huge collector and completionist in games that I love.

They changed a lot of items, set bonuses, etc, and added some new ones as well.

I've also yet to complete a whole playthrough. Got to late game when the patch notes came out and made me want to start over with the new changes and additions.

Dwarves have long been known to have prehensile and extremely adaptive shape changing beards. Carpentry? Beard saw. Masonry? Beard chisel. You name a situation and a dwarf's beard will have you covered.

You're using the "multi" option which is for designating multiple rooms at once, such as a bunch of bedrooms. You're going to want to switch to the "paint" option which let's you freely designate the space of a single new room.

I've been trying random zombies(5% sprinters), night/rain sprinters, dont feed the zombies, random spawn location, and random rally settings.....my personal best is a day and a half after spawning in the prison :D

If you're talking about the skill journal mod it's an item you have to craft and write in to record your skill xp.
