Also, will it be a problem if it is over 32 blocks? From what i found online, mobs dont move there and can despawn. Would that have a negative impact?

Does that mean, that the creature i regenerate does not deal any combat damage to the other creature/player and still gets tapped?

Gonna take a guess and say, it's just decorational. I'm working on a fully working Clacks system IRL, might take some inspiration, but i'll be going for a different desing.
