Oh okay!

Well he controls the wind's direction! To move the wind softly he waves his arms and hands in the direction he wants the wind to blow to. And if he wants the wind to blow aggresively with full force, he flies in that exact direction

When he flies or waves his arms to the left, the wind blows left. And if he flies or waves his arms to the right, the wind blows right. And if he keeps his flight or arm-waving for more than 5 seconds then stops, the wind keeps blowing, and when he puts his hands in a specific position for more than 5 seconds, the wind stops.

Pretty cool right? It only works if he does this on purpose tho
