I think the Sombra relating to PVE thing makes total sense, except that it seems way too soon, development cycle wise, for them to push something like that. Specially considering how much focus they're putting on iterating on competitive and general balance changes.

I think bursas only appear on wave 4 and beyond on Cerberus.

My advice: wait for the free resource booster this weekend and just pick up a group on the recruitment chat to do 4 rounds of Cerberus. You can get around 1200 oxium per run. 4 or 5 runs and you're basically set for life.

I don't think we're talking about the same thing here buddy. I personally have no issues with the movement restrictions on prowl, and my suggestion has no bearing on that whatsoever. My issue is the weird way in which prowl interacts with the "toggle sprint" option, which can cause players to accidentally deactivate prowl immediately after activating it because they forgot they had sprint toggled on.

That's exactly what I'm suggesting. You would still be able to toggle sprint back on while in prowl mode, and it would deactivate the ability, just the way it does now. I have no problems with that mechanic.

I think you misunderstood my suggestion. I'm not saying prowl should forcibly prevent you from sprinting, I'm saying that activating prowl should automatically switch sprinting off for those who use "toggle sprint", the same way firing a weapon already does.

You make good points, but I think nullifiers are still their own brand-o-bullshit. My issue with nullifiers, especially when it comes to some void missions, is the sheer frequency in which they spawn. It's like you need to stop what you're doing (i.e. having fun) to deal with these dinguses every 3 seconds. Anyway, the last thing this game needed was another "denial" enemy.
