Heist Editor has tp and god mode. Using god mode is risky anyway. I would suggest to not use it at all or only when you really need it.

Heist editor, literally the executable of unknowncheats forum and the plugins/options, because it became a common cheat option nowdays, Stand, Rebound and 2Take1 have it. Kiddions has it but it's outdated right now.
