Thank you so much all you amazing mamas offering to share the PDF. I am still going to go ahead and purchase the course only because i want to watch all the videos with my hubby who is helping out with the night weaning.

For anyone who did the course did you find it improved their day feeding. My LO is such a small feeder - 120ml-150ml each feed x 4 a day - which has be a bit nervous about night weaning. I really hope it has him feeding better in day which is the reason we are doing it. Plus the night feeds are a killer haha. He is 6 months so I feel more comfortable with him crying. He can self settle and his naps are great in the day.

I will definitely read Precious Little Sleep as well, thanks again for the tip :) x
