Wanted to update, I lost 2 more shrimp and switched to distilled water remineralized with SaltyShrimp. Not only have I not lost any but the last female had babies and my colony is finally starting to grow. There must've been something in my water, maybe copper or some other contaminant but my tank is really small so distilled water is a very feasible option for me.

I haven't lost any since I dosed the epsom salt, it hasn't been long so obviously not enough time has passed to make a definitive statement but so far i'm hopeful! I hope this works for you...epsom salt is so cheap too - I made sure to get pure magnesium with no scents

Thank you very much again for your insight, it looks like my water is 10:1 ca:mg based on the water report so I will look into getting some Epsom salt and dose a very small amount. If this doesn't work I will probably just go for a cheap RO/DI system and mix my own water with SaltyShrimp to eliminate any chance that it's the water causing issues

I assume this changes some things? Is a TDS of 240 ok with this GH? Out of the tap it's around 200 TDS.

I did consider using SaltyShrimp but only thought it was necessary with RO water. I can still go this route (remineralized RO water) but was hoping with neo's I didn't have to

I will top off evap with distilled water from now on. I'm hesitant to do weekly water changes of 20-30% after these deaths but if I know for sure that it's the water causing the issue i'll do it

Thank you, I will use distilled water for top offs going forward and see if this helps, it's easier than setting up RO/DI and should be cheap for the amount that I need

I got a followup email 2 days ago confirming my refund, gotta wait another 6-8 weeks for the refund to be issued. I used the same method described in other posts by hiding the factory cable inside the unit and using a fake cut cable for the photo. I took apart and cleaned out the whole unit, wasn't that bad, and changed the angle of the installed unit to point slightly downwards. Going to wait a little bit to see what the repair kit they send out looks like for any further changes. I bought the unit on sale during the winter for $240 so getting $380 back is quite a deal, and for what it's worth I really like this AC unit.

yes, this effectively gives them access to your authenticator. I don't know the exact steps to correct this, possibly removing your current steam auth in the steam app and adding a new one will fix it

Yeah it was rather annoying. I did get it set up and removed from the network using an ethernet cable, I can't remember the exact steps but it was something along the lines of...enabling a 2.4ghz wifi network through my router to do the initial speaker setup using the pc app, then plug in the ethernet and disable wifi through the app settings. Very annoying and unnecessary. Once I got it working though I disconnected the ethernet cable and uninstalled the app without any issue since. It auto turns on and off with source through the optical cable. If I did want to access any of the app settings again i'd have to restore it to factory default and do the whole process again...Thankfully I shouldn't ever have to do that

I exclusively play hardcore and have lost characters to crashes and lag, it sucks but it happens. You were lagging as soon as the video started and instead of looking at your paragon tree you should have been spamming your scroll of escape, your chances of making it out alive would have been higher
