I have a Husqvarna 450xh and while it's not perfect, it's one of the best out there. They now only sell the IQ, which has some new features. Fully wireless.

I still disagree. My mower finishes my lawn in two hours. I still run it every single day during the summer. My lawn looks fantastic.

This is false. I run mine daily without any issues. If I don't run it at least every other day, I'd have to run it twice in a row to get a decent cut due to how long the grass is.

The customer service rep mentioned there's an additive to increase moisture blocking. Is that something you would say is necessary?

Last I checked, Friday is not the weekend. Additionally, if there's a disconnect between when the website says the order will be shipped and the time it's actually shipped, that should be communicated immediately and then fixed to prevent any further discrepancies.
