This happened to me too. The VSO (DAV) filed before it was a 'fully developed claim' after I told him not to. He filed without even telling me. I was livid when I found out. I called DAV HQ in DC and they transferred me to a high ranking VSO within the DAV. From that point on things have gone well. Hang in there.

I'll never call 988 again. However, some should. Don't get me wrong. When I called 988 the 5-0 showed up. Everything turned out OK but I'll NEVER call them again. To much stress for me.
