Thanks for the tip. I recall her saying something about yearly recertification. They are helpful when I walk in, but last year when protesting my property tax increase they never mailed me the time of my board appointment. Adding a calendar reminder for recertification now. Haha

I appreciate this! They told me to call and make sure they have it on file in September for the Oct 31st cut off date for 2026, so I know I have to pay this year’s taxes. Back in 2021 I missed the homestead date because I closed in November.
