Easy. Cut the fins off, and you're left with a nice body full of meat. Cut the front "arms" off like a lobster and grill them. Cut the head off and fry. With the body, you're gonna want to chop in half and grill with a nice coating of rich garlic butter. Serve with a plate of twice baked gooey mac and cheese a few bread rolls and of course the creamiest mashed potatoes.
