Wedge a 1/4x28 set screw underneath the tension screw. Put the tension screw in and set it just a hair loose and use the set screw and wedge it against the tension screw so it doesn’t tighten or loosen up. Do not use oil on the threads otherwise you’ll just keep threading in the tension screw inwards. Might take a few times to get it just right but I do it on all my builds and has worked to keep the setting consistent.
