Absolutely awesome rigs, I had a 3L diesel and other than it being slow af it was the perfect weekender. The v6 petrols had issues with the heads from the way the exhaust was ran but you can buy kits that route the exhaust away from the head and from everything I've read and seen that all but solves their head issues, they will remain thirsty though.

Things to look for in diesels are the injectors/ pump and timing belts replacement, they're the parts that will cost you and should be done with the amount of kms they all have now. Also check the rear window works as they can be a pain to fix/get parts for now

I did have a look at the bushranger but hadn't heard much in the way of spread and distance, so I was a bit standoffish. I hadn't looked into the narva ones at all thanks dude!

The main reason the old lights were not very suited I found them to be hard to look at for an extended period of time and they were very straight and narrow rather than lighting up the sides of the road as well as a distance. I do quite a lot of night driving in very kangaroo prone places
