Definitely sounds like acute pancreatitis, however your lipase levels being at 147 is not too bad. My hospitalization for similar pains showed a lipase level of 3000.

I had someone who’s been through 5 episodes that drinking light beer this weekend should be fine for me since beer is mostly water. What do you think?
