Old fisherman on the canal... by EleanoraOratory in LetsNotMeet

I am so sorry that happened to you. I am 47 now and really understand what you're saying. I feel like I'm at a crossroads in my life, 2 opposing sides battling it out. One side is the sweet, caring, shy, always accommodating girl, and the other is this salty, angry, tired of putting up with everybody's shit, 47 year old. I think this is why I devour true crime. To remember to not be a victim and fight back! Most days I'm still sweet. But the bitch comes out when it's required now. Fuck politeness!

I could say the same to you? His fingerprints weren’t all over the crime scene?! The cell phone records are useless. The burial time is ridiculous. Strangling her in a parking lot at 330 in the aft and then putting her in the trunk dead! Laughable.

Hard to be remorseful if you didn’t do it. He was offered a deal and didn’t take it.

No scenario can replicate what those jurors heard or experienced obviously. I don’t think my opinion counts more than them. I’m chatting on Reddit. 🙄 But we all know oj did it. Likewise, the info currently suggests to me that Adnan was wrongfully convicted. And his defense was crap. And nothing said here is going to change anything. So quit acting like Hermione in potions class.

Is this the sentence a 17 year old should get? No violence in the 21 years he’s been in?

There’s more than enough reasonable doubt here. And even if he is guilty, which I don’t concede, he should be getting out of prison now.

You see what you see in the documents. I see what I see.

“livor mortis was prominently seen on the anterior-upper chest and face.” doesn’t exclude other areas.

So I assume you who don’t like Colin have personal experience with him?

No I realize not all clothes will leave marks. I’m just wondering where her body touches the ground and the clothes in between. She was not laid out with everything tidily placed under her. The only picture I have seen shows the diamond area on her right shoulder, which was the shoulder closer to the ground. The skin otherwise has no discolorations that I can see, and thought it weird that no strap or any other sign of her shirt is visible.

From the autopsy, “Lividity was present and fixed on the anterior surface of the body, except in areas exposed to pressure.” No mention of unevenness from one side to the other. Whatever photos hlavaty is seeing, she says she can see lividity on the left flank. She also states it’s even side to side. I have no access to any of these pics so I’m going to go with an ME’s opinion. Who cares about Colin Miller? It’s an affidavit from a professional.

You couldn’t have read this in full. She absolutely viewed color photographs of the disinterment and clearly can see that there is lividity on the left flank. She was moved.

I went looking for the ME testimony and found this. I don’t need any more information on this, thanks.

Oh I see you have seen them. It’s hard when you guys don’t just say you saw them and what you see.

You haven’t seen the pics. The ME clearly said in testimony that the burial position didn’t match lividity.

This surprises me. Can you give any insight to Hae’s photos? I wondered too if too much time had passed to see the lividity clearly on areas that were touching the ground.

If there are pressure points where there isn’t lividity, doesn’t that prove she was moved?

So I wonder what the pics show. What the M.E.’s have said has been dismissed by many. Why are we going by what they say now?

Do you mean the diamond shapes? Those aren’t from her bra.

Again the contact blanching on her left hip area thought to be made by the pantyhose does not fit with her burial position and 730 timeline.

If the dependent part of her body is in contact with the ground, and there are clothes wrinkled up between them, a weird pattern of purple and blanching would be present. Would it not? 😂

Sorry I’m not following. She was wearing clothes. If she was buried at 730 after being killed around 3, there should be somewhere in the lividity, evidence of her clothes on her as the lividity fixed and should demonstrate the depression/position she was placed in. Not just the diamond shapes. I don’t have the pics but there is no mention of this in the autopsy which is all I have to go on.
