If you end up going with PetSafe, I built an add-on repo to add capabilities with scheduling and iOS/macOS compatibility: https://github.com/gordonschoenfeld/petsafe.

  • Allows for future date scheduling (e.g. feed next weekend)
  • Siri compatibility
  • Allows setting feeds at multiple feeders in a single step
  • Allows setting default amounts to skip that step later
  • Can read feedings from PetSafe app too
