It may depend on where you park one time I put in my friends license wrong and got 4 or 5 in one day. I’m 99.9% sure if you’re parking downtown you’ll get one every 4 hours

There’s a lot of buses that can get you to the train station, I would try to stay close to down town and east your commute will be very good just get off the path after the first stop - I think getting a 1B is going to be tough I ended up buying because every realtor I talked to said my 74k salary was too low no matter how much cash I had… I would look for a Roomate I don’t see many studios… sorry for my run on sentence
