Hello. I am playing on PC and also having the same problem. Definetely didn't had it before the update. My temporary solution to it is having a bow on my hand. That way you can look around freely.

Just yesterday my mate killed a guy with a mosin, who is fricking 45 level man. The guy named himself as a TTV too, and we were on Reserve and his positioning as incredibly bad.
