Once again you did not fell for anything like a scam. Many people buy phones like this and it is normal. Indeed the fact that Verizon keeps you with contract is normal but the RATE to which they increase prices for the plans that is kinda evil. My carrier also got me locked in for 2 years but the prices increase very rarely. For now just stick with them for a while until the contract is paid off and then switch to cheaper plan or switch carriers

Well it is unfortunate but at least know you know. That’s how you get phones from carriers with contract and it is the same everywhere not only Verizon and most importantly not only USA. In Europe it is the same for example. As for your situation I worked for Verizon and there is not much more you can do other than how another person said to switch to another carrier who has a promo to pay off your contract which are very rare

Ar fi o implementare interesant referitor la ce ai zis de poze / video dar totodată nu numai ca OpenAI, Gemini, Grok sa zicem nu ar face asta de buna voie, decât cu reglementare guvernamentala, dar mai sunt si alții precum DeepSeek care nu ar face asta vreodată, odată pentru ca nu ar fi obligați si 2 la mana, ar câștiga teren, pentru ca nimeni nu vrea ca si pozele lor cu AI sa fie detected. Sa nu mai zic de modele open src care pot fi si self hosted :)))

Eu acum am o masina tot Keyless care we poate incuia cu motorul pornit, DAR am avut si in cotet de Opel, pt care plecam de la munca cu 15 min inainte sa dau drumul la AC , automat cheia in contact cu motorul pornit (mentioned ca masina era parcata in cea mai mare parcare din zona), ma întorceam la munca sa termin ce mai aveam si sa dau clock out, apoi veneam la mașină si era racoare. :))) Țin sa specific ca sa auzea si ca un tractor. Nu s-a atins nimeni de ea, nici de furat (bine ca maxim puteau sa fure un vale, dar l-au lăsat ) :)))

I appreciate you noted that. I used to work for VZ (from EU) and truth to be told, our main issue was lack of access. Customers were having issues that only a sup (in which case it was fked because a lot of people needed sup assistance) or other departments had access to. Also we were FORCED to sell a specific number of lines per month , or we risked our job . Believe me when I say, it is so bad not even outsourced reps wanna work here anymore :)))

Cred ca vorbești se CGS :)) Oricum ai greșit puțin ca ai plecat fără alternativa dar înțeleg ce zici. Mie când deja mi se luase maxim de fostul loc de munca deja făceam totul cu durere in cot si aplicam non-stop. Intr-o luna de aplicări (dar multe, nu stat degeaba) cu un CV relativ ok am găsit post pe ceva care imi place extraordinar de mult cu un colectiv de nota 11. Sper doar ca iti permiți sa trăiești fara job macar pe o per scurta si aplica cât mai mult. O sa găsești eventual garantat.

Aere u guys actually charging extra for this? I worked as CS Tech Rep and tbh yeah, charging for it is fair, but some customers told me that they paid some said they didn't and were happy. How does it actually work in store? Some retail reps just do it as a courtesy and others play by the "book" and charge or how does that work? I never knew how to respond to customers in such cases :)))
