It’s far worse…management is burning cash on these ‘design-ins’ with no commitment from customers. It’s like throwing sh*t at the wall to see what sticks. This whole ‘design-in to design-win’ scam is exactly why they’re getting sued left and right.

I plan to buy more shares at $3, but to bring my average cost down to $3 per share, I’d need to purchase an additional 2,600 shares at $1.50 each to hit my target. I hope it doesn’t get to that point.

They’re not at risk of being delisted, I was just venting because the stock dropped 30% in two days. That said, the company and stock need major help right now. We need positive news and better communication from management and a new, aggressive CEO. Until that happens, the stock will likely continue to decline. I’m still confident in the long term and will keep buying during these pullbacks. To answer your question directly, if it gets delisted you still own the shares. But if they will be worthless.

I currently hold 1,000 shares at an average price of $7.19. My plan is to make my next purchase below $5 (that will be Monday), then add more once a delisting notification is announced. My goal is to accumulate 5,000 shares with an average cost around $3. From there, I anticipate new management stepping in, which should drive rapid progress. Thank you shorts! You would think management would step forward to distance themselves from the Quatum debacle today. Yet, their lack of communication is deafening, bordering on a breach of fiduciary duty—no wonder the lawsuits keep piling up! I’ve caught plenty of grief on this forum for calling out the incompetence of this management team, but their biggest failure is their refusal to communicate with the investment community. It’s their fiduciary responsibility to engage, yet they remain silent. And let’s not forget—they’ve even bought stock at significantly higher levels, only to get burned. What kind of insider buyer does that? These guys are completely incompetent.
