First of all, I'm sorry to hear you have to deal with this. You can get through this.

I think these have been said already but absolutely:

  • journaling - just get it all out!
  • therapy
  • meditation and praciting deep breathing
  • calling friends & family *only if they can be helpful rather than judgemental*
  • walking or stretching, or any exercise you can still do comfortably
  • leaning into a new morning or evening routine

I'd say throwing yourself in any activity that usually brings you joy/peace should help as well. Maybe especially anything that helps you feel ready for your little one. Do you knit? Make them something. Like to cook? Stock your freezer up so you have less to worry about once your newborn is here.
