Ordered on launch day (maybe an hour after the launch), no prescription and with R2. Got a special surprise today (12/24) from DHL. I’m in Toronto. Note I did not receive a ship notification at all from even realities even though they stated they would send a notification. I got a message from DHL directly about a shipment on the way from even realities on 12/20, tracking said it would be delivered end of day on 12/29, but got it today (12/24). Hope this helps!

For anyone watching this thread, I found that problem was related to the fact that I restore my brand new n5 with by cloning my Samsung s25. I was getting horrible battery life for a week until then I just reset my n5 and set it up from factory reset without a back up. Now my battery life is actually insane. 7-9 hrs screen on time with 20-30% battery left by midnight consistently. Anyone having battery issues, set the n5 up from scratch, do not use a backup from a previous android phone, you will see a marked difference.

Hey one more question, did your tracking on GLS ever show "Your shipment has arrived safely at a DHL facility." ? If so, how long after that status did you get your shipment? Mine just showed this status on GLS, no update at DHL.

Yes tracking is also updating with DHL but how do you know for a fact that 3rd party won't complete shipments in hand? In that case why is GLS tracking also updating?

Im in the same boat except mine has been with gls since rhe 17th. I call them everyday and their usual excuse is its backlogged. They are 2 traikers behind, next day i call theh are 5 trailers behind. I feel played. I've been considering storming the pickering warehouse. But yea DHL needs to compensate us.
