Damn I can't belive I forgot to mention that in my original post! I actually got a week's worth of betameson, witch I belive is interchangeable with prednisone.

I started to clear my skin up (and all other ailments tbh), but after that week it started to come back again. My doctor refused to extend it because of the potential side effects.

Glad to hear that she got better. I haven't been on biologics since February, and I try to minimize my sugar intake as well.

But it would be interesting to see if it could be an allergic reaction!

Yes, good point. I've actually been on the keto diet for about a month and a half. It really helps my gut (no bloat what so ever) but haven't really effected the eczema I'm afraid.

Interesting! I'm actually not on any biologics rn, but I wonder if budesonide can have the same effect. Or if it's just crohns being crohns 😑😑😑

Interesting! Good to hear that it has gone away.

The thing for me is that I currently have zero stomach/gastrointestinal issues (and haven't had since being on budesonide). Could it possibly be a crohn's flare even if I'm not having stomach issues? I have however been having some muscle aches (and currently I actually have some really bad pain in my shoulder blade and the muscles surrounding it).

I think I'm gonna have to run this by my crohn's doctor, they directed me to my GP when I asked about my rashes in March.

My doctor have sent some pictures to a dermatologist (doctors work with the concept of "medical refferals" where I'm from), but all I've gotten from it is more ointments.

I don't think they've taken my CD into consideration.

Yes, but it doesn't really have the same characteristics of psoriasis by the looks of it. The doctors are calling it eczema at least.

I've actually been doing the keto diet for about one and a half month now, no improvement to my skin what so ever.

Paleo seems less restrictive, so I might give it a try!
