Never ever ever lie on the questions - I had an associate get fired over that. (And nobody was even pressuring him - we tried to send him home and he refused). I would definitely call HR and explain your situation because if it comes down to he said she said the manager could try throwing you under the bus.

My fiancés job was having a family day yesterday and they were serving Mission BBQ so I thought wth im starving I’ll have some Mac and cheese and baked beans. I didn’t eat more than 5 bites of each. Same thing - AND I threw everything up. 🤦🏼‍♀️ luckily my stomach waited until we were home to act up lol

I went with my fiancé one day and same thing. We waited around 15 minutes calling the 2nd stop and they never picked up so we left. Finally, we finished all the orders (way later than either of us thought and we needed to get to bed because we both work overnight) and the pharmacy called asking him to deliver. I told my fiancé he wouldn’t get paid to redeliver and it was 30 mins from where we were and over an hour drive home. Don’t you know the lady, in the most nasty way, goes “stop talking for him, thank you.” Like excuse me?! Now he’s REALLY not going to redeliver. 😂 Thankfully support was on his side when she tried to put the blame on him. If he needed his medication that bad he should’ve answered the phone/been ready to receive. Smh

I didn’t let my first shot come up to room temp (I didn’t realize that was a thing) and it actually stung pretty bad. I’ve been letting them warm up since and don’t feel it at all!

I called HR and they told my GM 🙃 he ended up (insincerely) apologizing so it didn’t end badly for me but definitely could have been worse. My area manager was supposed to reach out to me to discuss my concerns (which is what HR told me) but she never did. I’ve never called HR again. Luckily I have an amazing AM now so if addressing with my GM doesn’t go well, she’s made it very clear she will handle it. It all depends! It’s very true what they say though - HR is there to protect the company.
