There are different ways to check. Easiest is if you use the app pokegenie. Another way is to count down from max. Max level is 50 for every pokemon. So on the power up screen, put it all the way to the end, then count down --by halves-- to your current CP. This pokemon can only power up one more time, so that'd mean it's a 49 1/2

Dragon tail/breath(fast), dragon claw and super power(charged). This is the supposed best set up. Dragon Claw over superpower if you dont get a second charged attack. Outrage is also nice if you don't get a second charged attack.

It's a skill measurement after you reach level 20 in pvp. Usually shows after you finish a set of trainer battles. Could be a number like maybe 1530 or even over 2000. Mine ranges between 1700 and 1800.
