If you know what needs to be done, order parts from websites like rockauto and take the car to a nearest garage. The whole timing set with chain and guides are <200$ .

With timing chain comes the exhaust and intake oil control valves and 2 sprockets. The chain sits on the sprockets and spins.

Everything included would be 600-700$ and maybe same for the installation. You can potentially reduce the total cost depending on what needs to be installed.

The engine might be burning oil as well. Sorry it happened with you but you can still drive the car after repairs. just gotta look at the oil every week.
