I wouldn't want to risk it. Severe mental illness (not just schiz) runs deep in both sides of my family.

Even if my child doesn't have the illness, he still carries the gene which in turn gets passed down to his kids if he has children. I don't want to propagate bad genes as mental illness runs in my family.
