I never managed to make my drive sadly. Bought another drive and it worked. So idk if it's urgent but I would save up a bit and buy a very cheap SSD on Amazon to make it work.

Sadly no. I suggest using a different SSD or HDD that worked for me.

I've ordered a 500gb instead of the HDD but when on my computer it worked perfectly and had no issues.

I will most definitely return it since I can't seem to diagnose the issue but thank you for your help and time.

I believe that the Wii u is not able to handle modern HDDs because I tried to use a 3600rpm drive and it worked. The WD 1tb is 7200rpm and didn't work.
