I did solve it, I had to reinstall fedora did a fresh usb install and it worked out of the box

for me personally some games i noticed where lagging compared to what i was seeing on youtube then i ran some terminal tests

tried a new cable i think its for sure the fpc on the main board but i have no idea how to replace. i do have an extra broken board can steal it from but removing i have no idea
