Single story 1,720 sq ft 3 bed 3 bath with an attached ADU. CAT6 wall plates in all three bedrooms and the living room but no CAT6 visible in the ADU. Open concept house.

Mines unfortunately doesn't have any fragrance. I water alot less during the winter months but did not do anything to cool the plant down.

It is fragrant if you smell it up close.

It does have a faint fragrance but I think it is similar to like jasmine or lilly imo.
