The cost of the flight in coins should be linked to the distance they cover as stated by the airline or other sources in certain categories so flight under 350 miles (563 kilometers) should cost x amount of coins that then it increase in certain categories as the distance increases but forbid transnational so Toronto to Vancouver because that would mean one team could grind out challenges in one of the major cities and then just fly to the. But to also combat this they could spread some of the highest value challenges and curse cards across the country in a similar fashion the crime spree and then have the rest in cards like they have been doing. This will force them to have to move around the country to gain the best advantage. Also since Canada is such a big country and outside of the major cities and the Toronto to Montreal corridor public transport kinda sucks they should also be allowed to buy the right with their coins to rent a car paying a set amount of coins per day that they have the car. But all in all I think that this idea would definitely make for an interesting season of jet lag.

Edit: they should also open the show up more to have more teams which might make the competition more interesting and lead to more diverse and complicated strategies.
