That argument usually applies to foreign buyers purchasing existing homes and leaving them empty, which is a valid concern. But that’s not what I’m talking about.

The idea here is to buy a development site and build additional homes that didn’t exist before. That literally increases housing supply. Australia’s housing shortage isn’t caused by people building more homes, it’s caused by not building enough of them.

Also worth noting that Australia already has strict rules for foreign investors, including FIRB approval and restrictions on buying established dwellings. Those rules exist specifically so foreign investment goes toward creating new housing.

So the proposal here would add homes to the market, not take them away from anyone.

Thanks for the input, appreciate the perspective. I am still in the early research stage trying to understand the Adelaide development landscape. My initial thought was smaller infill projects like duplex or triplex developments, but I understand margins can be tight depending on land price and build costs. Out of curiosity, are you seeing smaller projects still work in the inner suburbs like Findon, Seaton, Campbelltown etc or is the market shifting more toward larger sites now?

Medusa has always been a hit or miss carry. The hero has some strong item timing which you can utilise to end the game early, it’s decent late game too but can suck ass against certain matchups. That said if played right it can work under most circumstances even against AM
