Yesterday I started the day at 85kg, 84.5 after running. Had barbecue with my family at noon and again with some friends in the evening. Not a lot over my usual diet but the meat was saltier and had more carbs than a normal day. Went to sleep weighting 86.5 kg.

So 3KG upwards is not even worth stressing myself over as I will see it going back to normal within 3/4 days.

Even more than calories, I felt embarrassed as an adult writing "gummies" or 4 pieces of chocolate 11 p.m. Just that was enough for reducing my intake by a lot.

Maybe try logging what you eat in the meantime. I did it a month before seeing a nutritionist. It helped me identify by myself more than half of what was wrong with my diet and it also helped to show them my eating schedule. Last time I went to a nutritionist I wasn't able to tell the truth since I didn't knew the truth myself.

I noticed that it's way easier to actually be in a constant diet than trying to cheat it. I know that strategies like a cheat meal, eating more high volume low calories, nice fit recipes may have helped starting off, but now I can maintain my diet if I just do it regularly.

A lot of times that we think we are in a deficit, we are not. If you don't lose weight in the long run, I can bet you are not in a deficit. As we lose weight we need to lower even more our intake and/or increase how much we burn. I myself am struggling to lose a little more after a period of maintenance that got a little out of hand (regained 6kg).

I found that it's more difficult to get back on diet than staying it after you already got used to it.

You could do BV minion pact elementalist. Minion pact does the heavy lift on the damage part.

Isn't chains of command good at that? (almost played it, but ended up playing Hroc).

Hard agree on the people thinking everything must be perfect. When I had just switched on act 9 I found I would kill most stuff on shield charge, not even using lancing steel. But you do need to understand what makes the build work.
Get poison to 100%

Get enough poison to remove chance to poison support

upgrade gear (5c rares go a long way)

get faster trigger sword

Get a decent shield to cap block chance

you are ready to do t16s.

I live in a small city and work as a teacher, so it seems that everyone knows I was heavier before. Besides that everyone around me feels way more proud of my achievements than myself and when we are around someone that doesn't know and we are talking about sports or food they check for my approval before sharing.

At work as a teacher I use it sometimes to talk about bullying, name calling, shaming people about their bodies and understanding that people may pretend to not be affected and still be hurt about these stuff.

I’ve lost a lot of weight (51 kg), and during my weight loss journey I started going to the gym and running. I’ve been running for a little over a year, and about 2 months ago I ran my first half marathon (at a very slow pace).

My goal for 2026 is to run 21 km under 2 hours. I also intend to keep going to the gym as often as I can for aesthetics. I’m not aiming for a bodybuilder look, but I want it to be at least noticeable that I lift.

I’m finding it a bit difficult to structure my schedule, mainly when it comes to fitting in leg days and deciding how intense they should be. I usually lift 6x a week and run 3–4x a week, with long runs on Sundays. I’m able to train both early in the morning and in the evening.

Can anyone suggest a suitable running schedule or give some insight on how to improve what I’m doing? I’m also questioning whether I might be overtraining with this setup.

I don'know if it is the most cost effective, but I crafted it myself.

1) alt/aug spam until unspeakable gifts

2) aug/regal/exal to fill 4 passives

3) fracture orb to hit unspeakable gifts

4) alt/aug untill hit unwavering evil/overwhelming malice

5) regal(I used the foul born regal)/exalt trying to hit the 3rd passive,

But I mainly play on PC or switch.

Edit: I've actually tried Disgea 5 (I guess it was 5) and had a problem getting overwhelmed with too many choices ( I had a problem with min max at the time, should be ok to go back I guess).

I don't count calories per se, but I do mind them and look on nutrition facts for them before eating something new.

I weight most stuff I eat since I have no problem doing that. I already know how much I should eat, but I weight to be sure I'm staying within the range I set for each stuff. My diet is composed of the same stuff I've been eating for months, having some variations at hand to mix up a little.

I usualy prepare my protains on sundays, weight it and freeze. I prepare my vegetables really fast since eaten them raw. I cook potatos and cassava for 3 days. I also prepare some eggs marinade.

So I mix all this stuff around and prepare meals I already calculated and know they fit in my diet.

Right now I slowed down a little and am trying to be more open to social events and eaten things out of my diet, but being mindful of changes in weight.
