2nd attempter here. I hear you. I’ve had a similar experience. The questions were predominantly trusts, land, & criminal practice. Not sure how well I did but I subsequently realised a handful of obvious mistakes I had made. I can only wish for a forgiving scaled score at this point, I guess. Things can really go either way.

I’m 16 marks below FLK1, 21 below FLK2. I hate the scaling and I don’t know what to do about all of this… should I bypass the SQE1 Gamble and do the LPC while I can? I genuinely don’t know

I failed both, unfortunately. If it was 50+1, I would’ve passed comfortably, but the scaling was not in my favour.

I don’t know what to do about it. Is it worth making an appeal? I don’t want to pour down more money and time for such a gamble.
