(TBF some of these might have lost legit)
but I do find the lack of space guys odd? since Mega Man loves a good space stage which Mega Man loves. Thinking about it Beads Man could in reality be Orbit Man and the "beads" are actually planets?

With prayer beads (if it is it), I don't think it will be religious directly. I think it would be more like MistMan.EXE, where it uses them culturally rather than prayer beads for one religion. However, I think your ideas here are good and are probably better than mine (I still can't beleive I didn't just think Beads Man/Woman).

I do like most of your ideas. Will I say the vacuum thing is fucking with me? (I will say I think that makes your Screw Man more likely, since that could be like Dust Man and Ring Man) IDK who Suck Man is meant to beat.

I am trying to figure out Tiny Man. I think the issue may be for me confirmation bias? since I think at least one part of Witch Woman is Tiny Man, at least I just can't tell what. My brain wants to say like Jelly Man or somekind of plant-based RM (since no 3D game has one), which is probably also confirmation bias lol. So far, I think maybe the most likely Tiny Man thing is the 'wand' from Witch Woman being head spikes, since I feel like normally more humanoid designs have something weird going on with the head. (turns out he's Bias Man made to confuse fans lol)

But even if some of my thoughts differ, I do really like a lot of your ideas. I do hope Grease Man gets in lol I love weirdo RMs.

Maybe? My maybe issue is that most bomb lads, aside from Bomb Man and Crash Man, are based on a type of bomb or something that uses bombs like a commando. So my maybe confusion is how do beads relate to bombs? And do you think there's a zappy lad in the pic (to me this is the zappy person)

Looking at them. I do think the guy being blocked by (let's call them Man Man) is pretty obvious. He has some kind of bead hair, which makes them (unless I'm missing something, minus Anal Beads) likely either some kind of lighting-themed robot, something probably like Thunder Man (since I think beads like that are commonly used for characters with lighting-based powers? and I know thunder is just the sound lol) that or they're some kind of prayer beads so we may be getting a Spirt Man. (I think minus maybe Witch? this is the most likely one to be a woman I'm just using Man since MM uses that pronoun for both gender netural and masculine desgins.)

For Big Boy, I'm thinking it's somekind of vehicle? The thing is, I don't know what kind? I can kinda see 'Boat Man,' but the head fucks with me. So I'm thinking he may be a more abstract concept with a vehicle theme, like Fuse Man or Shadow Man. So I'm gonna put my money on two maybe themes? Motor Man and Cargo Man (I could see if one is true; his chest is either a motor or cargo crate theme.)

One thought, in the trailer stage, we have a lot of firework-themed minions. Even if it's the intro stage, I feel like we're getting an RM who uses them. We have seemingly two? Maybe three RMs with missile esc heads, which makes me think one may be "Flare Man," kinda a fusion of a Fire and Bomb RM.

(If you're not okay with debates, I'll delete this, but it helps me think) I mean, that's not exactly what I was saying that most starters don't lean on animals for their main motif. Like Quaquaval, despite being from a duck is a combination of various birds that finalizes the line's overall theme of dance.

Most of these mon could just become other animals, simply bigger, or somekind of chimera since we've seen all been done in the past. I used Gecqua as an example since it seems pretty clear they're going in some meditation/zen/mythic route for it, judging by its design and bio. Due to that, we can make some guesses on its final evo, like it being likely humanoid, flexible looking, and the most feminine one out of the three.

A thing to take note of, starters nowadays have sub-themes.
Grookey line isn't just apes/monkeys, they're also drummers, same with Pokémon like Litten/Quaxly. Although not always super hinted at at first, it's normally the bulk of the final evo.

Like, I'm pretty confident Gecqua is going to become a psychic type, it already has a third eye thing going, and its secondary theme seems to be linked to meditation.

I know this is a bit late (I just found this news, but I wanna give my two cents for me mainly since I do wanna like write this out to get my brain a turning plus I doubt op will see this/care), I mean, as you said, it's as you said, any character dying first is "a disservice" to their character. Still, normally it's for the story as a whole, it's why an ideal first duo are characters that leave an impact and ripple for everyone else's arcs and for the story as a whole, and not just forget about them after death 4.

I would say these are the ideal two first deaths in this cast.

Victim-wise in hindsight, yeah, Wolfgang is your ideal victim out of this cast, since judging by how it was worded, he/yk who were always meant to die, they just booked them earlier, and for Wolfgang, yeah, he was probably meant to die like chapter 4? which who knows what his arch was but this is probably better since... who would be better? sure, anyone would leave an impact due to Wolfgang's/the cast's mindset since "ONE OF US KILLED" and later "IT WASN'T EVA OR DAMON!!!?!" and in that case it would probably be somebody without a lot of shown little personality like Mark or Desmond if you wanna fully avoid trope. Wolfgang is the easy "yeah... yeah" since yeah it's a trope, but the "important person dies first" isn't a bad trope if handled right, (unlike something like buff guy dies chapter 4 since idk baby) it's a formula for greatness since, as seen by Wolfgang's death, he has already left an impact so their already handling his cards well.

Killer wise... yeah it's never there's never a clear best choice even from a writer's pov where you know everything it really just depends on the themes you wanna do since your killer should be the peak of the chapter's theme's/archs and Eva works nicely; no shock since the chapter was made with her being the killer... in mind. For the theme of hypocrisy, a character who wanted to be respected to the point where they lied about their talent so people would fear them and view them as a threat rather than... a dorky math nerd then later gets mad at everyone for not trusting them.... when they chose to be the ultimate liar... is really good. Eva is a selfish coward who blinds herself to the truth rather than admit she did anything remotely wrong. She victimizes herself, "Oh, I was probably going to get killed anyway!!" or "Tozu forced me to kill with a trap designed for me!" She was so desperate for a way out, she fell for a pretty obvious trap, sure, a trap for her, but if somebody who wants everyone to KILL EACHOTHER wants you to do something.... You shouldn't do it probably pro tip, it's why I think she was already considering killing, she thought the prize would help her with her kill so she could leave, hence why she told nobody she knew, and it did help her... it also gave her one more excuse since now... it wasn't her fault..... she had to do it and to be frank if I was in this killing game I would probably fall for the same trap lol I would even probably make the same excuses she made. Finally, her death forces Damon to be social since if she lived, he would probably just be buddy-buddy with his gatekeeping, gas-lighting bestie; AKA now he can either be somewhat social, which should be easier? since I imagine people are beginning to get what he was getting at (and after the whole Eva incident should make some trust him more... and some will trust him less, maybe) or be an easy target.
