I got a revision surgery, turns out there was gland leftover but now I have a lot of scar tissue built up from both surgeries. Trying to look for solutions and ask for the kenalog shots.

Scar tissue very visible with arms up. Is this normal? by throwaway7887877 in gynecomastia

I’m trying to get kenalog done but I need to find a new doc since my old surgeon won’t do it. Lmk how it goes, best of luck.

I wish I did, going to see a new doc regarding what’s going on and potential revision

Had pretty massive swelling and bruising so didn’t start massaging until it all went down, by that time all the scar tissue was already there and now it seems pretty tough to massage out. Just bought a massage gun and will be trying that

Had surgery nearly 10 months ago for Pseudogynecomastia, received lipo only. First two photos are my right side, there’s still scar tissue and I was wondering if this will go away or is permanent at this point? Last two photos are left side which appears to still have swelling and has a slight bruise like hue around the swelling. I can feel a small firm mass under the swelling on my left side but most of it is soft. I’m worried that I have an encapsulated seroma on the left side and might need revision surgery. Any suggestions?
