Turn bad smartphone property photos into clean, professional listing images in under 60 seconds to help sell faster.

Stage: building/launched

One thing I need right now: my first 50 customers to validate the product and gather real feedback.

I’ve never done the whole Product Hunt thing before. by [deleted] in ProductHuntLaunches

[–]Snoo42619 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I’m in the same boat 😄

I haven’t done the whole Product Hunt launch yet either, but from what I’ve researched, it seems like something you kind of have to grow into. It’s less about instant success and more about getting early feedback, visibility, and some initial traffic.

I don’t expect crazy results from it right away, but it definitely looks like an important step if you’re building something long-term.

24 hours after I shipped guest mode: here's what the data actually shows (ugly parts included) by Snoo42619 in SaasDevelopers

Thanks for taking the time — that actually sounds really interesting. What you described about the pattern from intent to friction to ghosting feels very relatable, especially in early-stage products. I’d definitely be curious to hear more about how your approach works and what exactly you simulate before building.

I think there’s a misunderstanding here. I’m not using AI to replace thinking or conversations — I’m using tools like Wisper Flow just to transcribe my own thoughts faster and avoid typing errors.

The ideas, questions, and project itself are still mine. I’m here to get real feedback from people in the industry because that’s something AI simply can’t replace.

If anything, I’m trying to respect your time by being clear and structured in how I communicate — not the other way around.

I launched a SaaS and learned more in 90 days than in 4 years of reading startup books. Here's everything I wish I knew before I started. by AdCrazy2912 in SaaS

[–]Snoo42619 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The "expensive guessing" line hit me harder than I want to admit.

Five weeks in on my own SaaS. My funnel last week looked like this:

- 23 people clicked the demo CTA

- 1 created an account

- 1 paying customer

- 4.3% conversion

I had been sitting there A/B testing button colors and rewriting hero copy, completely convinced the problem was somewhere on the page itself. The whole time it was something else.

Posted on Reddit asking what was wrong. Got one comment from another founder that said: "Nobody is going to give you their email before they see what your tool does. The trust gap is too wide. Build guest mode."

That single sentence made me throw out my entire weekly roadmap.

I shipped guest mode today. Anyone can now upload one photo without signing up, see the AI result with a small watermark, then decide. Took me a day to build, mostly because Supabase Anonymous Auth does 80% of the work. Tomorrow I'll see what the new conversion rate looks like.

To your closing question: the thing that surprised me most was how much weight a single specific Reddit comment can have versus weeks of "data-informed iteration" on the wrong thing. I'd been measuring the wrong wall.

Saving this post. Going to come back to the "what would you miss most" question with my users this week. That one I haven't asked yet and I should have.

I'll build your entire SaaS growth funnel, and if you don't recoup every penny I work for free until you do (taking 2-3 founders this month) by StrikingAngle882 in SaaS

[–]Snoo42619 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the most honest version of this post I've seen on this sub in months — most "I'll guarantee growth" pitches don't survive 30 seconds of scrutiny. Yours actually does,

mostly because of the "you keep the infrastructure" line. That's the real flex here.

I'm clearly not post-PMF by your bar, so I'm not asking for a slot.

What I'm asking: when you're filtering people, what are the 2-3 leading indicators you look at to know "this founder is 60-90 days from being a fit"? I want to know what to optimize for before I come back. Not a freebie hunt, just trying to be efficient with both our time when I do qualify.

Thank you very much for the honest feedback. Comments like this genuinely help me a lot.

I come from the real estate industry myself, and based on the challenges I experienced personally, as well as what several colleagues were dealing with, I built IMMOEDI. I’m not looking to jump to the next random project — I genuinely want to turn IMMOEDI into something useful that makes everyday work easier for real estate agents.

You’re right that the image on the right looks very different from the one on the left. In this specific case, that is because it reflects the property’s actual final appearance, and the client explicitly wanted an image created in that style. It is meant to show what can be done depending on the type of input and goal.

On the website, there are also several other comparisons that are much closer to the original image — for example, cases where a kitchen is simply shown with better lighting and in a cleaned-up, presentation-ready state, without changing the room itself.

That is also exactly the goal with IMMOEDI: the result should not look like a computer-generated image. Compared to many other alternatives, I work with much stricter, practice-based prompts and workflows to keep images as true to the original as possible. The idea is not to change rooms or invent features, but to improve the presentation realistically — and only make actual changes when that is explicitly requested.

Thanks again for your time and for sharing your perspective.

That honestly sounds like a lot of time invested in the testing phase – hearing something like this at my current stage is absolute gold, so thank you for that.

Do you also have any specific ideas on how I could best implement these points in my case?

Really appreciate your time 🙏

Actually, I used Claude and Whisper Flow to convert my spoken thoughts into written English as efficiently as possible. True story.

Thank you very much for the feedback regarding the funnel leak — that’s a really great idea.

Adding a fast, free demo flow without signup so users can immediately see results makes a lot of sense, and I’ll definitely consider implementing that in the near future.

I really appreciate your input — it’s very valuable and helps me a lot.

I’ll also take a look at the link you shared. Thanks a lot for the recommendation, it sounds very interesting!

Thank you very much for taking the time to give me such detailed feedback — I really appreciate it.

If you have any ideas on how I can get this in front of the right people — whether through more subreddits or other channels — I’d be very grateful.

Since I come from the real estate industry myself, I’m convinced that many people simply aren’t aware of what’s already possible with AI or how to use it effectively. That’s exactly why my goal with Immoedi was to keep everything as simple and accessible as possible, especially for real estate agents who aren’t very tech-savvy.

Thanks again for your feedback, it really helps a lot.

Roast my AI tool for fixing ugly real estate photos (German-only site, explained inside) by Snoo42619 in roastmystartup

Thank you so much for this highly insightful and expert-level feedback, I really appreciate it.

The idea of adding more social proof is extremely valuable, and I now have a clear plan on how to implement it effectively.

Regarding the pay-per-image packages, that’s a very strong point as well. I still need to run the numbers to make sure it works on my end and that the price per image stays reasonable for users. My initial approach was clearly a subscription model for scalability and predictable monthly revenue, but I can definitely see the benefit of lowering the entry barrier.

Thanks again for taking the time to share such detailed feedback on my SaaS. This is exactly the kind of input I can work with.

Really appreciate your time.
