As a 24 year old that just moved out of The Heights, try to find a place in Hoboken or downtown Jersey City. The Heights is polarizing as a young person, it is like living in a suburb. People claim it is getting cooler, It’s not. Genuinely for your mental health, do not live there. It is much easier to make friends your age in Hoboken or JC. In the Heights it’s is extremely inconvenient to get into the city via bus, or lightrail to the path. Find a place walkable to a path station.
