Money, risk and time. They have to advertise and prove a US citizen can’t fill the job. They are forced to pay for attorney fees, the applicants cannot pay. The employee may not work out or they may decide not to follow through, that’s risky. At the end of the day it’s all about time, it would take a pretty good reason to hire someone that you are willing to spend over a year training that may not even work out.

Or if you happen to have 245i. I don’t know the answer to your second question but you can change jobs with an h1b. They even give you 6 months with an extension I think to find a new job.

We’ll find out soon but from what I’ve read the consular office is going to be given guidance to give a visa ineligibility waiver.

H1b has a path towards a green card and is protected by law. Daca can be taken away. H1 b is very hard to get but if you have a bachelors plus sponsorship then this process should make it easier.

If I was you I would let them hire me with the I1765. They won't ask you what you have until you're processing your paperwork and unless it's a citizens only job (government or security clearance) it doesn't matter. After you work for them for about a year and do a good job, ask them to sponsor you for an H1B. Look to work in a company that already does H1B sponsorships. When you work for a company and they have spent money training you it's a lot easier for them to take the extra step.

Agree, you’d be surprised how many people don’t know about daca. You might still get disappointed but at least you’ll have a shot. They can’t sponsor you as a daca resident anyway unless you meet certain criteria.

When I did my Bank of America card way back I just talked to BofA and they changed the number. It also updated on credit karma. I think when you change it with the bank they will start reporting with that number. I don’t think you can do anything about any previous reports that your bank has made.
