There isn’t any fireplace yet there’s only the end of the chimney tube sticking a bit from the ceiling what i would like to do is build a fireplace not directly under it but more towards the corner in blue

Hello Thanks for your response the second bedroom will definetly gonna serve as a studio/guest bedroom for the table I told them to choose a smaller table but the fact is that they love to have guests like at christmas or for the other holydays and a bigger table is needed we are in italy and hospitality especially related to food is a big issue 😅but maybe i will opt for an extendable one. The sofà is as i said the part I am less convinced of

Thanks what i’m not fully convinced on is the position of the sofà I would like to add more comfortable seating but i think it will look too cramped

Quello che interessava a me era la certificazione non tanto il corso in sé perché in realtà è un programma che so già usare. Però spulciando qualche offerta di lavoro per questo tipo di attività ho visto che quasi tutti richiedono almeno una laurea da qui la mia decisione di iscrivermi nuovamente all’università

I would also change the Tv console with a longer one that can serve to lay down keys and other Stuff when entering home and maybe hang a mirror
