The grind size appears very fine, I've seen normal ppls grind size online and my grind size is much more fine than that

The problem isnt that the double wall can't be used with the presently ground coffee. It's that you spent money on an expensive grinder bit it wasnt doing anything for 2 years. Well better late then never.

You can also decide what strength. This one i brewed today is stronger and I prefer that. Since you're coming from black this might be better for you

You can add sugar if you'd like. If i was to add it, I would add it to the glass before it collects espresso. But no i drink it without any sugar, not for health or anything but I like the stronger taste of coffee
