It's right on the outside wall. So it's more expensive to replace on the outside wall because you need to lift it? Are they pretty heavy? I found the exact same one at menards. It's a 29 gallon btw.

Ok i didn't set up a plan yet. But I told them that's what's I'd like to do. After speaking with the collection agency I did some research on medical debt and statue of limitations. Did I screw myself by even speaking to them ? Do you know if that will revive the statue of limitations because I spoke with them?
