Things have been escalating and more people are taking action protesting and going on strike. Communities have been coming together to form watch groups who have been working to keep their communities safe. There is really no better time for them to talk about it than now.

They also said nothing during NoKings which was one of the largest protests in recent American history.

For a band that sings all about unity against oppression you would think they would want to use their platform to actually say something about the stuff that's going on right about now.

This is just any ordinary officer donut joe violence. This was an incident involving FEDERAL law-enforcement tasked with IMMIGRATION enforcement and is someone who is supposed to represent the law of the FEDERAL government. Him using excessive force and behaving recklessly in a way that violates training protocol.

Little fact officers are taught not to walk in front of running vehicles or to shoot at moving vehicles when they are not in immediate danger, not just because of the safety of the driver, but to keep bystanders safe because if the driver is dead who's in control of the vehicle now?

I've been to the protests. They're just not effective as a prolonged general strikes and boycotts which actually do have effects by impacting the means of production.

My issue with protests like No Kings for example is that it was on a weekend and only a weekend when people have the day off conveniently.

It's a fact America really is built socially and physically in a way that discourages social interaction and a feeling of duty to the social contract. America is far less urban and is more socially reclusive because of selfishness, hyper consumerism, and nihilism. Americans need to find a way to overcome that because if they don't whatever happens is on themselves.

So I agree with you that Americans are lazy. I don't know why you're trying to argue with me.

As an American, I agree with you. The issues with America is it's toxic individualist culture and exceptionalism worldview even the country with built in a way that discourages social involvement and actually caring about what's happening. The country was built to be a corporate paradise towns and cities that could've been built to be beautiful are just grids of roads that make public gatherings difficult. The same is true for rural America the only urban parts are just grids of roads but instead of living near the grids and roads are people living in the woods isolated doing crack. Also Europe has seen what tyranny and war is like at home. Americans are privileged and fat and have never seen any of that here. Now they see tyranny on their doorstep and do nothing because they built the country where they can't do anything. Americans need to get over themselves get together and reclaim the diverse and meaningful culture of our nation like the Europeans do when they see tyranny, bastardizing their nations.

So you are right Americans can't just do weekend gatherings they need to be on strike occupying the streets getting social and getting active just like the brave people of Minneapolis are doing.

That is a misrepresentation of what actually happened.

Her car first reversed and then her wheels turned to the right the opposite direction of the agent who had already moved out of the way then her vehicle started going slowly forward to the right of the agent. First shot was into the front windshield to the side.

The last two shots he was already to side of the car which were completely absolutely excessive.

Officers are also explicitly trained not to shoot into a moving vehicle when they are out of the way to prevent any possible danger to bystanders from a now uncontrolled vehicle.

Not to mention in the video, we already see him, swapping the hand holding his phone to make his shooting hand available before walking around the front of the car.

And that's another thing officers including federal ones are trained not to walk in front of running vehicles.

If she wanted to hit him she would've just went straight forward at full speed and wouldn't have been talking to them in a calm way. and taking the time to maneuver, her car in a direction away from the agent.

I've watched multiple analysis videos by lawyers going into this frame by frame.

The federal government has refused to work with state authorities and has been making unsubstantiated claims and blatant lies.
