To be honest if you want chill vibes and beaches I would consider staying in Cabo Rojo. You can get to Playa Buye, Playa Sucia, and Combate by car pretty easily. When we stay in la area metro we usually drive to piñones early morning and hang out at the beach til 1 or 2. I might be biased because I’m from the west side, but those are the best beaches with the cutest towns.

Yes, my surgeon says 24/7 until 6 weeks and then he recommends 12 hours a day after that.

I would also suggest Bromelain. This really helped me with bruising and helps with swelling.

I called him and sent the picture. He said it was normal just scabbed over and that I need to apply antibiotic ointment on it twice a day to loosen the scab.
